Overview

Our clients have been living in their old, large, detached house on one of the most prestigious roads in NW4 for many years. They wanted to extend and update their home to make it more modern. To achieve their aims, we had to completely strip out the house and expose all the floorings and ceilings to completely refurbish it and transform it into a modern and smart house.

Planning And Management

Before starting, we discussed the project with our clients and designer so that we could understand what our clients wanted and how we could help to achieve their expectations in terms of quality and design.

Site

Our client’s house is located at Linfield Close, London NW4.

Design

Our clients wanted to have a modern kitchen, so we coordinated with the clients’designer to ensure that their new kitchen met all their specifications. We used bespoke joinery to manufacture all the cabinets with one long run of matching wood veneer.

Because our clients wanted to completely change the look and feel of the house, we stripped down the house to add a new heating and plumbing system, which is energy-efficient, cost-effective, and the highestquality.

We used the latest technologies for electricals because they are the most energyefficient. We also redesigned and fitted 3 bathrooms and a guest room to the ground floor.

Materials

We added the bespoke kitchens with wood-veneer finish, 2 under mounted sinks, Quooker taps with instant boiling water, and slick designer worktops. We used the quality paint brands Farrow & Ball so that the paint lasts for a long time.

The lighting system was professionally installed and is controlled via a Rako control on the wall or iPhone App.

Outcome

Our clients were completely astonished by the final product as they always wanted to update their property and live in a modern house with modern utilities. They were delighted with the new look of their home, where they could now see themselves spending many more years.
